When it comes to rapid access of lifesaving care, you deserve the best. Not only does LifeSave provide expert crews to care for your loved ones, but also offers financial peace of mind beyond transport.
With single, couple, and household memberships available starting as low as $55 per year, LifeSave offers a variety of options to fit your needs.
For a small annual fee, LifeSave’s subscription-based membership program ensures coverage for your entire household from any out-of-pocket cost associated with a LifeSave air transport.
LifeSave offers special member rates to hospitals, first responders, businesses, and organizations of 10 or more. For more information about how a LifeSave Membership plan can benefit your organization or to see if your group participates in our program, please contact our membership department at 316.932.1440.
Based on your coverage selection, members living in your household may be included on the membership. Kids in college may also be added if they are using your residence as their permanent address.
All LifeSave Members will receive ID cards and decals to identify emergency personnel and hospital staff of membership status. It is recommended that ID cards are kept with your driver’s license and decals are displayed on the left side of your vehicle’s back window.
LifeSave transports patients to the closest appropriate facility for the level of care needed as recommended by the treating physician or EMS personnel. When possible, your physician will consult with you on the recommended facility. As a member, you incur no out of pocket expense for your transport.
Membership & Insurance
An active LifeSave membership covers the total cost of a LifeSave air transport not paid by primary insurance. Caring for you after transport, LifeSave’s unique patient-centered billing division serves as a patient advocate working directly with your insurance to secure payment and submit appeals if needed.
For more information about how your benefits work with a LifeSave membership, view our Frequently Asked Questions, Billing page, or contact a LifeSave membership specialist at 316.932.1440.
LifeSave works closely with your local EMS and hospitals who request transport when medically necessary. Many local hospitals belong to the LifeSave Care Network, meaning that in the event of a patient transport, LifeSave’s crews are the first call. See our list of LifeSave Care Network Hospitals.
“Unfortunately, my son was in an accident. The team came in and... the way they worked together was just amazing. We saw them fly over us and I knew he was in the best hands he could be in at the time.”
