Program Clinical Director / EMS Director
Frank, an original LifeTeam/LifeSave employee, serves as the Company’s Program Clinical Director. An EMS provider for 31 years, an RN for 23, and Flight Nurse for 22, Frank oversees LifeSave’s clinical operations including DEA and EMS licensure, regulations, Quality Assurance/Quality Management process, and Clinical Outreach Education. Under Frank’s supervision, LifeTeam merited Kansas’ first “Perfect Inspection” from the Kansas Board of EMS for air ambulance operations. Frank has been recognized as the Service Director of the Year through the Kansas EMT Association and was also awarded the Lyle Eckhart Award, an award recognizing the person who has made the highest and most substantial contributions to emergency medical services in Kansas. In addition to his work for LifeSave, Frank is a Charter member and vice-president of the Kansas Air Medical Transportation Society (KAMTS), is a on the Board of Directors for Kansas’ Region III EMS, Kansas South-Central Regional Trauma Council, Kansas Emergency Medical Services Association (KEMSA) and is an Active Member of the National Association of Air Medical Services (AAMS).
